To avoid storage and labor costs, our goods are located abroad. This allows us to offer you items at very competitive prices while offering you support in French.

Delivery time

The average delivery time is 10-15 working days, for the DOM-TOM the deadlines can be extended.

If you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will refund you in full.

In case of incomplete or erroneous information on the delivery information (surname, first name, address, telephone number) we decline all responsibility for the non-receipt of your order.

 

There are items missing from my order, where are they?

We work with several suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will therefore receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some will be slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be sent in a single package.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. No refund can be made on items purchased with a promo code or on sale .

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace the item at no additional charge.
Please contact us within 48 hours after you receive it.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss of mail or other mishaps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

You will have to wait for delivery and send the items back to us.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days
