The DIET program tells you down to the gram what to eat and when during the day.
The TRAINING program (in the gym or at home, your choice) tells you which exercises to do (names of exercises, number of sets, repetitions, demonstration images, etc.)
- The first part of the form that you must fill out allows us to calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate) which is the daily caloric expenditure of your body to breathe, make your heart beat, think, etc.
- The 2nd part tells us about the additional calorie expenditure linked to your work, your physical activity in the gym or in everyday life.
- Your photo tells us your BF (Body Fat) rate and your body type. (Optional)
These elements allow us to obtain a result on your energy needs, which we will pass on to your plate.
We adapt this result according to your objectives (Weight loss, Drying, Mass gain, Volume, etc.).
This is a daily diet program, based on foods that you find in supermarkets and food supplements (Optional).
