Slimming: what to know about fitness?
Fitness: This is a jargon widely used in the sphere of weight loss. The opinions of slimming enthusiasts on what the word fitness implies differ. Some assume that it is a fun fitness activity. Others assume that fitness is just strength training.
Definition of the word fitness
Fitness means physical training. In a way, this Anglo-Saxon term implies a set of fitness activities including stretching or stretching (yoga is one of them), bodybuilding, zumba and cardio training or HIIT.

The principle of yoga is to stretch the muscles of the body. Yoga consists of adopting certain specific postures. Bodybuilding exercises
In fitness, bodybuilding exercises are the most numerous. They consist of working the muscles of the whole body. There are also dips, dumbbell curls, pulley extension, squats, bending, sheathing. It should be noted that there is still a plethora of bodybuilding exercises.
